League67 Terms of Service
Effective July 7, 2026. These Terms govern access to League67 services. Read them carefully before creating an account or using the platform.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and consent to electronic records. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must act for a minor where required.
Accounts and authorized access
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, promptly report suspected misuse, and access only organizations, teams, participants, and records you are authorized to use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Organizations and participant information
Organization owners control their program content and are responsible for lawful collection, notices, permissions, waivers, refund rules, staff access, communications, and handling of participant information. League67 provides operational software and is not the organizer of independently operated programs.
Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Displayed prices, billing intervals, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase. Third-party payment processors handle payment credentials. Program refunds are governed by the applicable organizer policy unless law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not violate law or another person's rights; misuse participant data; impersonate others; interfere with security; scrape or probe the service; distribute malware, harassment, or unlawful content; or attempt access beyond assigned privileges.
Safety and sports activities
Sports and training involve inherent risks. League67 does not supervise activities, screen every provider, give medical advice, or guarantee facilities, coaches, officials, trainers, schedules, or participant safety. Activity-specific waivers and organizer safety procedures apply separately.
Intellectual property
League67 and its software, branding, and platform materials remain protected. Users retain rights in lawful content they submit and grant League67 the limited permission needed to host, secure, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service.
Service changes and availability
Features may change, and interruptions may occur. We may suspend access to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security or payment issues. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service and preserve data.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and League67 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Indemnification
Organizations and commercial providers agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify League67 from claims arising from their programs, content, unlawful data practices, staff, or violation of these Terms. Consumer rights and non-waivable protections are preserved.
Disputes, governing law, and state rights
Before filing a claim, contact League67 and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Tennessee law governs except where the law of your state provides mandatory protections. Venue, limitations, releases, and remedies apply only to the extent enforceable in the user's jurisdiction.
Changes, severability, and contact
Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed while the remainder continues. Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the League67 contact page.
