League67 Privacy Policy
Effective July 7, 2026. This Policy explains how League67 collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers, contact details, organization memberships, registration and roster information, schedules, communications, training appointments, transaction status, support requests, device and security data, and information users choose to submit.
Children and youth participants
League67 is not intended for children to create independent accounts unless permitted by the applicable service and law. Parents, guardians, and organizations must have authority to provide a minor's information. Services directed to children under 13 require an appropriate parental-consent workflow before collecting covered information.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide registrations and operations, process authorized transactions, deliver communications, protect accounts, prevent abuse, support users, maintain audit history, improve reliability, and comply with law.
Organizations as data controllers
Sports organizations and trainers independently determine much of the participant information they collect and how they use it. Requests concerning organization-controlled records may need to be directed to that organization. League67 processes those records to provide the requested service.
How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to authorized organization members, linked families, teams, trainers, officials, service providers, payment and email processors, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and parties involved in a business transaction. League67 does not sell personal information for money.
State privacy choices
Depending on residence and applicable thresholds, users may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. Residents may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale, sharing, profiling, or sensitive data. League67 will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
Security
League67 uses tenant isolation, role-based authorization, encryption, secure sessions, audit controls, and restricted service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the contact page.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, safety, disputes, legal obligations, financial reconciliation, audit needs, and legitimate organizational requirements. Deletion requests may be limited where retention is legally required or necessary to protect users.
Cookies and service data
Essential cookies and similar technologies support authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. Any optional analytics or advertising technology will require appropriate notice and choices before activation.
Transfers and processors
Information may be processed in the United States and by contracted providers operating in other locations. League67 requires providers to protect information and use it only for authorized services.
Policy changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, presented for renewed acknowledgment. Privacy requests, accessibility needs, and questions may be submitted through the League67 contact page. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
