Users, roles, and invitations
Give each person the least access needed for their responsibilities.
Owners and administrators
Owners control the organization. Administrators can manage operations but should be limited to trusted staff.
Directors and facility managers
Directors manage competition operations. Facility managers should receive only facility and scheduling responsibilities.
Coaches and officials
Coaches see assigned teams and players. Officials see assigned games. Neither should receive organization-wide access by default.
Families and members
Verified accounts link to eligible player, team, schedule, and registration information.
Invitation lifecycle
Send invitations to the intended email, review the role and scope, and revoke or resend expired invitations when necessary.
