Users, roles, and invitations
Give each person the least access needed for their responsibilities.
Owners and administrators
Owners control the organization, including payments, refunds, users, and administrator access. Administrators can manage operations but should be limited to trusted staff.
Directors and facility managers
Directors manage competition operations. Facility managers should receive only facility and scheduling responsibilities.
Coaches and officials
Coaches see assigned teams and players and can be selected as communication recipients. Officials see assigned games. Neither should receive organization-wide access by default.
Families and members
Verified accounts link to eligible registrations, teams, players, and schedules. My account shows only records connected to the signed-in identity, including closed and refunded history.
Invitation lifecycle
Enter the intended email, choose the least-privilege role, and send the invitation. Access becomes active only after that email accepts it. Revoke or resend expired invitations when necessary.
Verify access safely
After changing access, test with a separate account for that role. Confirm permitted pages work and organization-wide, payment, refund, user-management, and unrelated-team data remain unavailable.
